Loose Lucy’s is a complete logo and brand identity system rebrand. I absolutely fell in love with this rebrand, as it allowed me to create a clean look, while still allowing me to have reigns creatively. Loose Lucy’s is a “mom and pop hippie shop,” located in Columbia, SC. They are a retail store that sells items such as tapestry’s, band posters, incense, records, and anything else your hippie stuck in the 2000s would need.
For the brand, the colors I selected were meant to be fun and eccentric, to draw from the groovy 60’s culture. I kept the typography from the original logo (included), as it was hand drawn, and the owners requested that I keep the vintage style. I traced the type with the pen tool, as I wanted the owners to have it in vector format, for the secondary logos and other marketing materials. I created two different color versions of the primary logo, for print and digital, as the black prints much smoother when creating stickers, match boxes, and other printed merch.

Matchbox design for company. Loose Lucy's sells many items such as incense and rolling papers, so they wanted some marketing materials to give out to their customers.

Business card design for owners. They did not care about sticking to the brand kit for these, they knew what they wanted and still allowed me to have fun and be creative with them.
