My GQ Anti-Valentine’s Day infographic was designed to catch eyes and turn heads. Everything for Valentine’s day is so lovey-dovey with the primary colors of pink and red, so I knew I wanted to do something of the box. This illustration of the dagger and the heart was originally a tattoo concept that I drew using Procreate on my iPad. I felt that it would work perfectly for the rough, male audience of GQ. I used a texture behind the copy to really create a contrast between the words and illustration and the background.
